Quién es el responsable

Qué datos tratamos
Sin cuenta: un identificador anónimo, tu año de nacimiento, tu género, la región de tu dispositivo, tus respuestas, tu puntuación y las denuncias que hagas.
Con cuenta, además: el identificador y el email de tu cuenta de Google, tu fecha de nacimiento y las fotos que subas.
Para qué
Para que el juego funcione, calcular puntuaciones y estadísticas, revisar las fotos antes de publicarlas (revisión automática con Google Cloud Vision) y atender denuncias.
Tus fotos
Al subirla, la foto se reduce y se le quitan los metadatos, incluida la ubicación. Otros jugadores ven la foto y, después de responder, tu edad real, y pueden compartirla en tarjetas fuera de la app. Tu fecha de nacimiento y tu apodo no aparecen nunca.
Con quién los compartimos
Solo con los proveedores que alojan y hacen funcionar la app: Google Firebase y Google Cloud.
Cuánto tiempo
Las respuestas, 90 días (después solo quedan estadísticas agregadas). Las fotos, hasta que las borres. Sin cuenta, puedes borrar tus datos al momento desde la app. Con cuenta, se borran 30 días después de pedirlo.
Tus derechos
Puedes acceder a tus datos, corregirlos, borrarlos u oponerte a su uso escribiendo a xarlondeveloper@gmail.com. También puedes reclamar ante la autoridad de protección de datos (en España, la AEPD).
Menores
AgeDart es solo para mayores de 18 años.
Condiciones de uso
Edad
Debes tener 18 años o más para usar AgeDart.
Tus fotos
Solo puedes subir fotos tuyas en las que se te vea la cara. No se permiten fotos de otras personas ni de menores, desnudos, contenido ofensivo ni una edad falsa.
Sigues siendo el dueño de tu foto: nos das permiso para mostrarla dentro de AgeDart mientras no la borres, en cualquier modo de juego, incluido el reto diario, que ven todos los jugadores ese día, y en las tarjetas que los jugadores comparten fuera de la app (por ejemplo en redes sociales). Las copias que otros ya hayan compartido no se pueden borrar desde AgeDart.
Moderación
Podemos ocultar o borrar fotos y cuentas que incumplan estas normas, también tras denuncias.
Juego limpio
No está permitido automatizar respuestas ni manipular las puntuaciones.
Qué es AgeDart
Un juego para entretenerse. La edad que te echan es la opinión de otros jugadores, no una valoración de nadie. La app se ofrece tal cual; si cambiamos estas condiciones, te avisaremos en la app.

What data we process
Without an account: an anonymous ID, your year of birth, your gender, your device region, your answers, your score and any reports you make.
With an account, also: the ID and email of your Google account, your date of birth and the photos you upload.
What for
To run the game, work out scores and statistics, check photos before they are published (automatic review with Google Cloud Vision) and handle reports.
Your photos
When you upload a photo, it is resized and its metadata, including location, is removed. Other players see the photo and, after answering, your real age, and may share it in cards outside the app. Your date of birth and nickname never appear.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers that host and run the app: Google Firebase and Google Cloud.
How long
Answers, 90 days (after that only aggregate statistics remain). Photos, until you delete them. Without an account, you can delete your data instantly from the app. With an account, it is deleted 30 days after you ask.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to xarlondeveloper@gmail.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

AgeDart is for people aged 18 or over only.

Age
You must be 18 or older to use AgeDart.
Your photos
You may only upload photos of yourself in which your face can be seen. Photos of other people or of minors, nudity, offensive content and fake ages are not allowed.
You still own your photo: you allow us to show it inside AgeDart until you delete it, in any game mode, including the daily challenge, which every player sees that day, and in the cards players share outside the app (for example on social media). Copies others have already shared cannot be deleted from AgeDart.
Moderation
We may hide or delete photos and accounts that break these rules, including after reports.
Fair play
Automating answers or manipulating scores is not allowed.
What AgeDart is
A game for fun. The age people guess is other players' opinion, not anyone's assessment. The app is provided as is; if we change these terms, we will let you know in the app.
